Sopot is the middle of three cities Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia (as we call it Tricity – Trojmiasto) and lies on the beautiful coast of Baltic Sea.
TRAIN: The closest railway station is Sopot Wyscigi and only local trains SKM from Gdańsk and Gdynia will stop here. SKM train from Gdańsk Główny (platforms 3-5) takes around 20 minutes. The SKM train from Gdynia Główna (platform 1) takes 15 minutes.
AIR: The closest airport to Sopot is Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport (GDN).
TAXI. You can order a taxi using a parking located in front of the main entrance to the passenger terminal, serviced by „CITY PLUS NEPTUN TAXI” (using this company should get you to Sopot for around 70-100 PLN).
BUS. You can also take the city bus no 122 to travel from the Gdansk’s airport to Sopot (single ride, normal ticket is 3,60 PLN; schedule). You can buy the ticket using the ticket machine or from the bus driver – please note that you must also validate your ticket in the bus). Leave the bus at POLNA Str (you need to press the stop button to get off there).
